When will my goods be shipped?
If we receive your order on a working day before 10.00, your goods will leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours and will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Your goods will leave our warehouse the next working day.
We, our partners and our deliverers do everything possible to deliver on the promised delivery time. In the unlikely event that we fail, we will inform you. This depends, among other things, on i.e. whether ordered items are in stock.
Can I add or change something to my order?
It depends on whether your order is already being processed. If you have ordered the wrong item or would like to add something to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +32 (0)9 379 73 70.
What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item several times?

What delivery options do I have?
Within Belgium:
For goods with a net value of €1,000 or more, no shipping costs will be charged.
If you choose to pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about availability and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged, and there is no minimum order value.
To foreign countries:
Shipping costs to foreign countries are calculated based on the order value.
We will contact the customer to discuss the order details and shipping costs.
For self-pickup, we will inform you by email about availability and pickup options, with no additional shipping costs.
Minimum order value: €1,500 net.
